   whe ron paul speeks he does stammer and lok for words he speek from the constitution so he knows what to say .the others are contantly try to lie and they what to tell the best lie and thats why they have to stop and think .this is a police science way that cops see if a person is lieing they stop studder stammer think of the best lie then they have to remmber the lie so that they can say it the same way the next time they speek .ron paul doesn’t lie you can look in the constitution and see it .
