What the Judge is not factoring in is “worth” what are the true values of the homes people are being removed ?? .. what can they afford ?.. and wouldn’t the bank rather have people in their homes paying what they can afford instead of sitting on the market and financing a new loan based on an artificial value.

I’ve sat through more than a hundred closings and have extensive dealings with the banks.
The banks did not obey contract law, state law, federal law…See Arizona vs Bank of America (Countrywide) for starters…
This crises was was purposeful and too many of these foreclosures are illegitimate, that’s all.

I’m going to give the judge the benefit of the doubt because he supports
Ron Paul but I do think he bought into the banks propaganda and makes assumptions he shouldn’t.
The American people have already paid for these mortgages many times over and the banks don’t deserve further rewards. The debt owed to the Fed is illegitimate.
The banksters crashed this economy and are trying now to own all the real estate. They haven’t obeyed the laws at all.
Stop their gobbling up homes.

What about people who didn’t make deals with devil, who didn’t take loans for houses, and now must pay for those wrong doers in partnership with banks? We don’t get homes from the tax payers, we’re just the tax payers.
Yes, the bailouts were wrong. So we bailout their customers now? Seems you’re headed in the wrong direction.

@jgbloyd I’m against banks foreclosing on homes they don’t legally own and violating contracts. There is no need for bailouts of customers, we already paid for those homes many times over.
Often times these banks are paid many times for a single foreclosure on a home they don’t legally own. It’s such a sick process that the American people would erupt if they knew a fraction of what is going on.
A legal and legitimate foreclosure I wouldn’t oppose.

I disagree with the judge assuming these foreclosures are legitimate. Many are not. I worked in the industry.

The government pushed lenders to lend to people who couldn’t afford to even pay their interest rate, let alone pay the principle. The banks were getting drunk off the government alcohol. The brand of the alcohol is FEDweiser, but it doesn’t dismiss the majority blame on the government, and in SMALLER part, the actual banks that provided the mortgages. While some banks were all to happy to get drunk, many smaller local branches tried to refuse but succumbed to peer pressure.

Gary Johnson is the best presidential candidate for the american people. He has the most logical and ethical economic solutions for this nation as a whole. I ask that you at least research him, and if you do not, if I did know you, I’d have to ask, why are you voting when you do not have all the facts?
